Letter to a Friend

Dear Friend,

I understand that you have concerns about me entering the public relations field but I assure you this is the right choice for me. Public relations practitioner is more than just putting out hypes and half truths about clients. A public relations practitioner is there to help a company when it is in trouble, tell the public about new events and products they have, and so much more.

Public relations is such an interesting field. There are so many different things you can do such as writing news releases, helping plan events, or writing scripts for television and radio. Public relations works with for profit as well as non profit clients, the possibilities are endless.

I hope that this short letter has helped you see that public relations is not all about fluff but instead is there for the betterment of the company and public. I think this is the right choice for me and if you have any other concerns, please let be know.
